Inverter Commissioning

Your inverter was installed. But was it actually programmed?

A surprisingly large number of inverters in Uganda run on factory defaults — wrong charge voltages, wrong cut-offs, wrong battery chemistry settings. This kills batteries, voids warranties, and wastes your investment. We programme every parameter correctly and give you a written settings sheet.

What we configure

Every parameter matched to your battery and usage

We don't use generic presets. Each setting is calculated from your battery manufacturer's datasheet and your actual power usage pattern.

Bulk / absorption / float charge voltages (matched to battery chemistry)

Low-voltage cut-off and reconnect thresholds

Maximum charge current limits

AC input voltage range and frequency

Output source priority (solar / battery / grid)

Generator start/stop voltage thresholds

Generator charging current limit

MPPT string voltage window verification

Time-of-use scheduling (where supported)

Parallel / phase configuration (multi-inverter systems)

Brands we commission

All major inverter brands used in Uganda

Whether you have a Deye, Victron, Luminous, Growatt, Must, Kodak, Mecer, or Felicity — we know the firmware, the menus, and the settings that matter.

Deye

Hybrid & off-grid

Victron

MultiPlus & EasySolar

Growatt

SPF & MIN series

Luminous

Cruze & NXG series

What you receive

A written settings sheet — not just a verbal handover

Most buyers in Uganda can't verify what settings their inverter is running. We change that. You get a document showing every parameter we configured, why, and what to check if something changes.

Your settings sheet includes:

  • 01 Inverter make, model, and firmware version
  • 02 Battery type, capacity, and chemistry confirmed
  • 03 Every charge parameter with value and reason
  • 04 Output priority and generator interaction settings
  • 05 PV string configuration and MPPT verification
  • 06 Date, technician name, and contact for follow-up
