Maintenance Contracts

After-sales support that actually exists

After-sales abandonment is the #1 complaint in Uganda's solar market. Our maintenance contracts are the opposite: scheduled visits, battery health monitoring, inverter reviews, and priority fault response — on a fixed-fee contract so you're never left without support.

What's included

Catch degradation before it becomes failure

Panel Inspection & Cleaning

Physical inspection of panels, mounting rails, and clips. Cleaning to remove dust and debris. Check for micro-cracks, hot spots, and shading changes.

Battery Health Check

Voltage logging across all battery cells. State of charge verification. BMS status check. Early detection of degrading cells before they take down the bank.

Inverter Parameter Review

Settings audit against the original commissioning sheet. Firmware update check. Performance data review. Generator interaction verification.

Earthing & Protection Check

Earth continuity test. Surge protection device inspection. Circuit breaker and fuse verification. Cable termination torque check.

Written Service Report

Every visit produces a written report: what was checked, what was found, what was done, and any recommendations. You build a maintenance history for your system.

Priority Fault Response

Contract clients get priority scheduling when something goes wrong. You don't go to the back of the queue — you get responded to first.
